Hi there! Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Today, I’m going to share with you common strategies for success, as well as the one that I recommend to ensure lasting success.

There are many strategies to achieving a desired result.

Hold the vision of what you want in your mind. Concentrate really hard, or pray a lot, and soon, you’ll hold whatever you want in your hand.

A more common strategy is to hold the vision of what you want in your mind, make a plan to achieve what you desire, and soon, you’ll hold whatever you want in your hand.

A third strategy is to:

    1. Have a vision of what you desire
    2. Get specific. What does that look like? Instead of “be healthy”, you might want to be able to run a marathon, walk a mile, or work in the garden. Instead of “be wealthy” that might look like being debt free, traveling, or supporting a favorite ministry at a higher level.
    3. Recognize that there are blocks or obstacles in your path. What are they?
    4. Make a plan for eliminating the obstacles
    5. Implement your plan


But, how often does your process look more like this? A series of wanderings around in the wilderness until you crash and burn? And give up?

To ensure lasting success, part of that lies at the beginning of your journey. It’s important to realize that it’s very rare for a plan to work out without hitting roadblocks. Sometimes they’re just a bit of a speed bump, other times they’re a massive brick wall that stops you dead in your tracks.

If you hit a speed bump, can you go over it? Can you go around it? Or do you need to dig it out of the way?

If you hit a brick wall, can you go around it? Can you get a ladder and go over it? Or can you blow it up?

Sometimes the brick walls that stop us are just mirages, we could go straight through them. Often, these mirages include trauma and negativity from our past that rise up like ghosts to derail us.

If we know that obstacles are likely to arise, and we have a strategy to deal with them from the beginning, we will be much more likely to work through them, and carry on to reach our desired end. Even if we don’t know what the obstacles are, we’re still better prepared.

The best strategy I’ve found is more complicated than the earlier three, but that’s partly why it’s more successful.

But first, this is what often happens.

  • you have a vision
  • you solidify the result you want
  • you consider the obstacles
  • you make a plan
  • you implement your plan
  • you’re successful
  • you continue on until
  • you get the desired result
  • or you fail, think you’re a failure and give up

I want you to consider reframing the implementation process and use the phrases what works, and what doesn’t work. Using these phrases helps you to remember that it’s just data and that the data is helping you to refine your plan and your process until you succeed. It’s helpful information you need to succeed. We all love it when a plan comes together, but actually when we experience things that don’t work, that’s often more helpful. Data is good! Information is good!

Why do plans go off the rails? Or why does a strategy that was working stop working?

When something doesn’t work, you probably have encountered a block or resistance. I like to think of these as external or internal obstacles. Blocks are mostly external, resistance is mostly internal.

If you hit a block, it’s time to reassess your plan or implementation strategy. Or, the desired result entirely if you’ve discovered that what you thought you wanted you don’t actually want at all. That does sometimes happen, and that’s great when it does! Why spend time, effort, and energy on something you don’t really want?

If you hit resistance, that often means that there’s healing that needs to be done. You can sometimes push through resistance, but it’s hard and takes a lot of effort. If you heal the thing that’s resisting you, you don’t have to fight through it because the resistance is gone or much reduced.

Remember that what works and what doesn’t work is just data. It’s not a judgement call on your importance or significance, and doesn’t define who you are. It’s just information you can use to do better next time.

I don’t recommend focusing on more than one area to start with. There are many reasons for this:

  • It adds complexity that we’re trying to avoid.
  • It dilutes your progress
  • It’s more difficult to track multiple areas at once
  • One area tends to take over the others anyway, so don’t set yourself up for failure.
  • It will at the least multiply the time needed to do the program successfully.

I’m not going to say it’s impossible, and you are obviously free to do as you wish with the information and structure I provide, but give yourself the freedom and grace to dial that back. You can always focus on another area next time.

Music will be delivered upon purchase, essences, books, and prints shipped within 4-6 weeks, delivery times will vary.

I’m so glad you asked, and I welcome you here. The short answer is no, most of the tools I’m going to recommend are agnostic as far as spiritual beliefs go. They work because that’s how our systems work. Am I a Christian? Absolutely, and you’ll hear me mention my beliefs from time to time. And, because of my beliefs, I think that faith helps me towards my ultimate goals. However, I also believe that God loves everyone the same, and these tools are his gifts to us, whether you believe in him or not. So, my faith is of utmost importance to me, but I’m not here to push that off on you. I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself possible.

No, I’m not a qualified nutritionist, exercise physiologist, or physician. I designed the program to work with whatever program you’ve been prescribed or assigned, or that you’ve chosen. I’ve not found that there is one thing that works for everyone all the time, so I encourage you to make your own decisions on how and what to eat, exercise, etc. Whatever that is, the program will help you follow through and succeed.
